ELoGE workshop in Croatia

ALDA is getting busy with activities in Croatia, with the project “European label for Governance Excellence (ELoGE) in Croatia”. On the 30th of March 2022, the ELoGE coordinators of the partner municipalities gathered for a workshop in Zagreb, Croatia. 

A short presentation of the ELoGE label and the programme details were in the focus at the beginning of the event, before tackling the process of benchmarking and practical exercise.

The ELoGE coordinators had the opportunity to work on the benchmark alongside their colleagues with the support of Robert Ravenšćak from RAVECON, ALDA’s local partner, and to share their opinions about the key concepts and indicators.  The event was a good occasion for the municipalities to network, to share experience and best practices.  

With this workshop successfully organized, the project will pass in the next phase where the municipalities will start completing the benchmark and reach to their citizens to respond to the questionnaires.
