The consortium of the project Link4Cooperation officially published the call for proposals for the sub-granting programme dedicated to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
After 2 years of activities in North Macedonia and Croatia, and 1 year in Kosovo, the ELoGE project on these 3 territories was successfully finalized.
Within the frame of the project ”Strengthening local participation and cooperation through partnership of Public Authorities and CSOs in Bosnia and Herzegovina – LINK 4 Cooperation” funded by the European Union, on 09 December 2022, the second Forum for sharing best practices of CSOs and LAs cooperation was held in Prijedor today, gathering over 60 participants.
Capping off the year’s activities for the project European Label of Governance Excellence in Croatia, North Macedonia and Kosovo*, an awards ceremony was held in Skopje, North Macedonia, on November 22nd, 2022.
The ELoGE program of the Council of Europe within the LINK 4 Cooperation project includes a process of self-assessment of 12 local governments, project beneficiaries based on 12 principles of good local governance. In addition to fulfilling the basic document – ELoGE benchmark by local governments, opinions of citizens, local administration (local government employees) and elected local officials (councilors) on the quality of work and activities of local government are collected through online questionnaires.
